Who we are

GreatID is based in the Netherlands. You can reach us at info@greatid.tech.

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, company name, email address, phone number (if you provide it) and your message.

This website uses no cookies. We measure how the site is used anonymously with Vercel Web Analytics: which pages are viewed, from which country and on what type of device. No data is stored that lets us identify you.

Our hosting provider keeps technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure and available.

What we use it for

We only use your details to respond to your request and to schedule an intro call. We don’t send newsletters and we don’t sell or share your data.

The legal basis is your request for contact: we take the steps needed before we might work together.

How long we keep it

If your request doesn’t lead to a project, we delete your details within 12 months of our last contact. If you become a client, we keep what the work and the statutory retention periods require.

Who we share it with

We use Vercel to host this website and for anonymous visitor statistics, and Resend to deliver contact form messages by email. They only process data on our behalf. Data may be processed outside the EU, based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing info@greatid.tech. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
